  • TWIG Embody of device type TUP91EU including SRD option is compatible only for short range devices (SRD) and cellular location. The device type is printed in the type label, on the back side of the device.
  • Creation of custom sites by import of own site maps and floor plans.
  • Easy geocoding of on-site location beacons (SRD, WiFi, BLE) and sensores for compatible TWIG personal alarm devices.
  • Service activation and access through TWIG Point SP account. TWIG Point Site is free of charge. Costs occur according to a number of added beacons.

TWIG Point Netloc

Hybrid location for TWIG personal alarms

  • Turn-key world-wide WiFi + cellular locating of compatible TWIG personal alarm devices (off-site).
  • Turn-key world-wide indoor location refined with custom on-site beacons (SRD, BLE or Wi-Fi).
  • Improves location availability when there is no GPS / GNSS signal e.g. indoors.
  • TWIG Point Netloc is compatible with TWIG device types TUP93EU and TUP92EU (SRD3 required for Wi-Fi and BLE). For TWIG Embody of device type TUP91EU only cellular and SRD beacons are possible. Device type is printed in type label, on back side of the device.
  • Mobile data usage typically 0.3 kB per positioning.

Turn-key service for alarms monitoring and tracking of TWIG personal alarm devices

  • TWIG Point Monitor is compatible with TWIG device types TUP93EU, TUP92EU, TUP91EU and RG310 printed in the type label, on the back side of the device.

  • Alarms monitoring with operational and map views at glance.
  • Hybrid location provided by GNSS satellites, cellular network or TWIG Beacon short range devices (SRD), Bluetooth Low Energy beacons (BLE) and Wi-Fi base stations.
  • Creation and management of trackings for specific needs.
  • View of device locations on street maps, OpenStreetMaps or with satellite view.
  • View of event lists related to specific functions.
  • Management of on-screen messages (OSM) written and sent to user in emergency.

TWIG Integrator Kit 

The developer resources for integrating TWIG devices to client alarm monitoring centre

  • Resources enabling qualified developers to integrate TWIG devices with central station server. Communication between mobile devices and server is over SMS and GPRS, as preferred.
  • Delivery includes:

- TWIG MPTP Protocol specification document detailing MPTP commands used in SMS and GPRS communications between TWIG devices and central station server.

- TWIG MPTP Protocol v 4.1.

- TWIG GPRS Protocol document detailing GPRS connection management structures.

- TWIG GPRS Interface software code for installation in central station server, implementing TWIG GPRS protocol. Available in .NET and PHP. With API and installation guide document.
